This handbook, introduces implementations of housing in Japan to Chinese readers. This handbook will be published in Chinese by Kenchiku Kougyo Shuppansha, through collaboration with Department of Housing Construction, Urban and Rural Area Planning.
The book has eight chapters. The first four chapters cover the history and status quo on housing in Japan, and the latter four explain in details the present conditions of architectural and structural planning of residential buildings, exterior and interior building components and mechanical equipments.
