･The revising work on the housing damage assessment system of earthquake insurance
The earthquake insurance of Japan introduced in 1966 is incidental to the fire insurance contract. The incidental ratio of it has been over fifty percent in 2011 and it supports many earthquake victims recently.
The housing damage assessment system of earthquake insurance has been revised each time a great earthquake occurred. A/E WORKS has made out a draft of revision based on the investigation of the actual conditions of housing damage repairs after Great East Japan Earthquake.
